Getting in shape!
Well, my friend Aurelia and I have decided to start training for our 1st 5K. I've never run - she ran in highschool and college. This week I'm going to focus on getting back in to my cardio workouts (I've been doing dvds at home for years) - next week I start the "Couch to 5K" Training program. Our goal is to run a 5K in October! Wish me (us) luck!
Last night's workout was my 20 min Turbo Jam dvd followed by the 20 min Turbo Jam Abs workout
